  • I am currently in network with the following PPO plans:

    • BCBS

    • Aetna

    • United Healthcare

If you do not have one of the insurance plans listed above, I can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement.

  • My rate for individual and relationship counseling services is the following:

    • First Session (60 minutes): $200 per session

    • Recurring Sessions (53 minutes): $150 per session

If you are paying privately for counseling services (not using insurance), your payment method will charged following each session.

  • Yes, I do offer sliding scale services for clients with financial constraints to accessing treatment.

My sliding scale rate is $75 per session, which will be charged following each session.

On a case-by-case basis, I may offer pro bono counseling services to clients who would otherwise not be able to access treatment. Please reach out to explore these options if you think you may qualify.

  • As a therapist trained in the social work model, I strongly believe that healing requires all aspects of our experience to receive proper attention.

I will often offer practices and potential solutions that can be explored in between sessions.

Please note that these offerings are not required but are intended to enhance the counseling process.

As Connected Healing Counseling & Wellness provides outpatient counseling services, this practice is not intended for crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

  • This is a question I am asked often, and my answer is very dependent on your current goals and challenges. Throughout the counseling process, we will be reviewing your treatment plan and checking in on your perspective on where you are on the journey.

For some people, counseling does not necessarily have a defined end, but rather is a fluid process in which there is always room for more curiosity and exploration.

Ultimately, you will have full autonomy on treatment duration. However, if I am observing our work together to be stuck or if either party no longer finds the therapeutic relationship a good fit, I will encourage us to work together identifying the right fit for your counseling goals and needs.

  • If you are using insurance benefits to pay for counseling services, mental health providers are required to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges for the service.

If you would like to request a Good Faith Estimate for treatment, please make this request at least 3 business days prior to your first scheduled session.

If the estimate provided does not seem correct, I encourage you to contact your insurance plan directly to confirm benefits coverage.

  • I accept the following methods of payment:

    • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

    • Zelle

    • Venmo

If your method of payment is not listed, please reach out directly to inquire about payment options.
